At ORTAH, we're committed to delivering the ultimate high-performance wheels. When we launched the ORTAH 65, we knew that a 50 mm wheel could be even faster uphills. So, we took the time to make it lighter than 1200 g, even after the ORTAH 65 was released. Your feedback and our dedication to improvement drove us to this achievement.

Finally, we achieved the 1190 gram, 50 mm disc wheelset with the higher grade carbon than T1000, paint-less and decal-less finish, and more. Now, it is even faster than 65 mm 1389 gram ORTAH 65 on hilly courses!

Now we know from the reviews of DAAP wheels that we don't have to worry about crosswinds. ORTAH 50 also follows this, so we don't have to be afraid of crosswinds as long as the actual tire width is 26.5-28.4 mm tires on the front wheel. It is not a simple rim width, but a perfect rim width and shape combination that takes into account the shape of the tires.
