Race Lab™ is the high-performance technology division of Raymund Afoakwa Consulting, dedicated to pushing the limits of speed, efficiency, and innovation in competitive cycling. We combine world-class engineering with deep racing insight to create the lightest, fastest, and most finely tuned race bikes possible.

Every project begins with a singular goal: to produce the ultimate race machine. We achieve this by working with elite engineers, aerodynamicists, and performance brands to develop and integrate super-optimised components—from complete titanium build kits to custom-designed handlebars, seatposts, and wheel systems.

Each bike is finished to the highest standard, with bespoke paintwork—often in collaboration with leading artists—and ceramic coating applied as standard for durability and performance. We constantly innovate, finding unique design solutions that enhance aerodynamics, reduce weight, and improve rider efficiency, even on existing frames.

Our partnerships are highly selective, working only with brands and manufacturers whose quality, values, and performance philosophy match our own.

We also use Race Lab™ as a platform to develop and test new high-performance products in real-world racing.
